The layout benefited from refinements by legendary designer James Braid, who implemented strategic bunkering and improved greens and tees. The signature 10th hole, 'Canal Wheel,' offers panoramic views of the iconic Falkirk Wheel, providing a distinctive landmark feature. The 18th hole, 'Hame,' is noted for its stunning design. The course tests all elements of a golfer's game and welcomes players of all levels. Falkirk Golf Club holds the distinction of being an Official Scottish Golf Championship Venue, hosting the prestigious Scottish Golf Medal Finals in May 2025.
