Falkirk Golf Club, established in 1922 and known locally as Carmuirs, is an 18-hole parkland course set in central Scotland. The layout benefited from refinements by legendary designer James Braid, who implemented strategic bunkering and improved greens and tees. Located near Camelon, the course is wonderfully positioned in the heart of central Scotland and is described as one of the best parkland courses in the country. The signature 10th hole, 'Canal Wheel,' offers panoramic views of the iconic Falkirk Wheel, providing a distinctive landmark feature. The 18th hole, 'Hame,' is noted for its stunning design. Falkirk Golf Club holds the distinction of being an Official Scottish Golf Championship Venue, hosting the prestigious Scottish Golf Medal Finals in May 2025.
