Whitetail Golf Course

WI, United States

Whitetail Golf Course is an 18-hole course located in Northwest Wisconsin between Colfax and Elk Mound on Highway 40, approximately 15 minutes from Eau Claire and Menomonie. The course spans over 6,000 yards and is known for its well-manicured fairways and greens. The layout features contrasting playing styles: the front nine offers ample space with demanding distance requirements, allowing golfers aggressive shot-making opportunities. In contrast, the back nine presents narrow, carved-out holes that demand precision play and strategic positioning. This design creates varied challenges throughout the round, appealing to golfers of different skill levels. The course is family-owned and operated, set within the countryside landscape of the region. It maintains a reputation for quality conditions and playability. Beyond golf, Whitetail accommodates significant events, hosting corporate outings, weddings, and social gatherings for groups ranging from 10 to 350 people, with dining facilities available on-site.
