The Festival Texas Scramble takes place on Saturday 25 July 2026 at Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club, Burn View, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8DA, as the final event of the club's Festival Week (21–25 July). This is a mixed, four-ball Texas Scramble played under strokeplay scoring. All players hit from the tee, then the best ball is selected and all players play their next shot from that position, continuing until the hole is completed. The event is not acceptable for handicap purposes. Entry fees are £8.00 for members and £30.00 for visitors. To be eligible to win prizes, all players must have a minimum of three individual competition scorecards recorded on WHS/EG within a rolling 12-month period (general play cards do not count). Maximum handicap index: Men 25.9, Ladies 31.5. Bookings can be made online via HowDidIDo, by phone on 01288 352006 (option 2), or by email at info@budegolf.co.uk. Visitors must register their car registration on the tablets provided in the clubhouse upon arrival, as the car park is camera-operated.
