Highlands Two Person Scramble - The Long and Short

Highlands Two Person Scramble - The Long and Short is a team scramble event at The Highlands of Elgin on Saturday, September 12th, 2026. Tee times begin at 10am. Typical scramble format: both players hit their shot, then select the best shot and continue through each hole. The front nine is played from the back tees, the back nine from the front tees. After-round lunch included. Prize pool distributed for gross and net winners for each nine as well as overall. Team handicap calculated as 80% of the total of both players' home course handicaps divided by 2. A verified handicap is required; otherwise players are deemed a 0 handicap. Register online via the club's booking system.
