110th Annual Elgin Open

The 110th Annual Elgin Open is a 36-hole strokeplay tournament held over two days on July 25-26, 2026. Players compete at two courses: Bowes Creek Country Club on Saturday, July 25, and The Highlands of Elgin on Sunday, July 26. The event is open to any amateur golfer regardless of residency. Divisions include Mens (18-49), Senior (50-61), Super Senior (62+), Womens (all ages), and Junior (17 and under). Seniors have the option of competing in a separate senior/super senior division. Players are flighted based on their first round score, with the lowest 15 scores and ties comprising the championship flight. A valid USGA handicap is required for eligibility in the net division; 80% of the player's USGA handicap as of July 18, 2026 will be used to calculate net scores. The Elgin Open champion receives a trophy, and other place winners in the gross and net divisions receive gift cards redeemable for golf shop merchandise. The entry fee is $75, with green fees, cart fees, and range balls additional. Entries close on July 18, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
