The 'Last Chance II' is an open individual stableford competition held at Golfclub Passau Raßbach (Donau Golf Club Passau-Raßbach) in Thyrnau, Germany. This is the second of two final-season 'Last Chance' tournaments, offering golfers a final opportunity to play a handicap-relevant stableford competition before the season ends. The event is open to all amateur golfers who are members of a DGV-affiliated club or an recognized domestic or foreign golf club with a confirmed handicap. Entry is made via the club's registration list in the clubhouse, by email, phone, fax, or online. The general club handicap limit of 54 applies. The tournament follows the official DGV rules and course regulations, with play organized according to the 'Ready to Golf' principle to speed up play. Results are recorded for both gross and net competitions, with prizes awarded to top finishers. The start list is published the day before the tournament at approximately 16:00 in the clubhouse or on golf.de.

Donau Golf Club Passau-Raßbach is a 24-hole golf facility (18+6 holes) located on a south-facing plateau at the edge of the southern Bavarian Forest, approximately 10 kilometers northeast of Passau near the small village of Raßbach in Thyrnau. The course is situated within a scenic landscape featuring fish-rich streams and ponds interspersed with deciduous and coniferous forests in gentle valleys and rolling hills. The layout offers varied terrain with wide fairways throughout the course. Notable features include the finishing hole on the terrace of the Leo's golf and country hotel (Anetseder). The facility operates without mandatory tee times, allowing golfers to start at any time without significant waiting periods. The course accommodates golfers of all skill levels and hosts a comprehensive tournament calendar. The club has a golf academy offering instruction, including courses for beginners and handicap improvement programs, with TrackMan IV technology available for swing analysis.
