18-hole Four Ball Better Ball (4BBB) Stableford Senior Open (also known as the Roy Stevens Trophy). Open to male pairs aged 55 and over. £80 per pair (£40 per player) includes coffee on arrival, a two-course meal, and prizes. Maximum playing handicap index 24.0; 95% allowance applies. An official WHS Handicap Index is required to enter. Entry via Golf Empire. Closing date: 18th September 2026. Rookery Park Golf Club is a challenging 18-hole course measuring 6,714 yards from the competition tees, designed by renowned architect C.D. Lawrie, who also served as an advisor to the Royal and Ancient Championship Committee. The par 72 layout features four par 5s and four par 3s, with the longest hole being the 550-yard fifth and the shortest the 138-yard ninth. Located in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft, the course offers a fair test for golfers of all abilities, with every hole presenting unique challenges. The club also operates a Par 3 course, which serves as an excellent introduction to golf for juniors and beginners. As a members' club run by an elected board, Rookery Park welcomes visitors and societies, positioning itself as one of the area's premier golfing destinations.
