The Kingsdown Gents Winter Open is a men's pairs betterball Stableford competition played off 85% handicap allowance on the White tees at Kingsdown Golf Club (Kingsdown, Corsham, SN13 8BS). Tea/coffee and a bacon roll on arrival, and pie and chips after the round, are included in the entry fee. Entry fee is £100 per pair for visitors and £50 per pair for members. For teams involving both a member and a visitor, contact the club office on 01225 743472. Online entry closes at midnight on 17 October 2026; no refunds are given after the closing date. Open to men.

Kingsdown Golf Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in the West of England, founded in 1880 and the oldest in Wiltshire. The course is a downland layout renowned for its stunning scenery and beautiful fairways with superb greens. The Men's White Tees measure 6,501 yards at Par 72, while the Ladies' Red Tees play to 5,744 yards at Par 73. The course features excellent drainage allowing year-round play despite the challenging downland terrain.
