The Open Autumn Team Event is a men's team betterball Stableford competition held at Carlisle Golf Club on 3 September 2026. The format is best 2 scores from 4 (team of 4). Visitors are welcome to enter. Men play from the Yellow Men tees on the Carlisle course. All entrants must be members of an affiliated golf club and hold a current WHS Handicap Index. To be eligible for prizes, each player must have competed in at least five qualifying competitions (official club competitions that count towards handicap records) within the previous 12 months; general play scores do not count. Players who do not meet this requirement may still compete and their scores will be submitted for handicap purposes, but their individual and team results will be excluded from prize allocation. The competition is non-acceptable for handicap purposes. Entry fee: £37.00 for visitors (£23.00 for members). Full payment is required at booking via debit or credit card. Booking closes on 2 September 2026. On arrival, players must register in the Pro Shop to collect a scorecard and confirm local rules. Catering and bar facilities are available throughout the day. Prize presentations follow the final group's return. Standard dress code applies: golf attire and footwear on course; smart casual in the clubhouse.
