36-hole singles strokeplay scratch competition for men at Carlisle Golf Club. The event is played over two rounds on Sunday, 2 August 2026, with the men playing from the White Men tees. The competition is acceptable for handicap purposes. Entry is open to visitors; the visitor entry fee is £45.00 (member price £30.00). To be eligible for prizes, each player must have competed in at least five qualifying competitions (official club competitions counting towards handicap records) within the previous 12 months. Players who do not meet this requirement are welcome to enter but will not be eligible for individual or team prizes. All entrants must be members of an affiliated golf club and hold a current WHS Handicap Index of 7.8 or lower. Payment in full is required at the time of booking via debit or credit card. Bookings are fully transferable; refunds are not issued for cancellations or non-attendance unless the course is closed. On arrival, players must register in the Pro Shop. Catering and bar facilities are available throughout the day, with prize presentations following the final group's return. Dress code: golf attire and footwear required on course; smart casual in the clubhouse.
