A distinctive characteristic of the course is its incorporation of several excellent water hazards that add strategic difficulty to play. The club has been recognized among the top 10 golf courses in Lincolnshire and continues to evolve as its planted vegetation matures, with plans to develop into a more refined parkland setting over time.
