The Paterson Open is held annually in September at Paterson Golf Club, attracting golfers from the Greater Hunter Region. The event is sponsored by Marcus Ryter's Branxton Pro Shop and forms part of the HRDGA Order of Merit and Short Course Championships. Separate online booking links are provided for members and visitors. Prize winners receive a voucher redeemable at Branxton Pro Shop. The 2026 event is scheduled for Sunday 13th September 2026. Registrations for the event opened on 14 August 2025.
