Junior Open 2026

The West Herts Golf Club Junior Open 2026 is an 18-hole individual medal (strokeplay) competition held on Monday 17th August 2026 at West Herts Golf Course. The event is open to juniors under 18 years of age (as of 1 January 2026). Maximum Handicap Index is 25.5 for boys and 33.8 for girls. The competition serves as a qualifier for the Hertfordshire Golf Order of Merit 2026 and the Justin Rose Telegraph Junior Championship 2026. Entry fee is £40.00, which includes prizes, on-course refreshments, and lunch. Entries are limited to 60 participants and are accepted in the order received. The closing date for entries is Sunday 9th August 2026. All entrants must download, complete, and return a safeguarding consent form. Start times begin from 8:30 am. Tees are Blue for boys and Gold for girls. A valid CDH ID is required to enter; independent golfers (those not affiliated to a golf club) are not eligible. International players must use the downloadable entry form rather than the online signup. No competitor may win more than one main prize.
