Entrants play as a pair (two-player team) in a Gents Senior Four Ball Betterball format. The visitor entry fee is £25.00 per pair, bookable online through the club's booking platform. Tee times run from 08:30 at 10-minute intervals. General club requirements apply: maximum Handicap Index 28.0 for men and 36.0 for ladies (players may enter off a higher handicap), and prize winners must have five qualifying scores from competitions in the last 12 months. Maximum of one prize per team, with prizes redeemed through the Richmond Golf Club Pro Shop and valid for 12 months from the competition date. Entry fees are not refunded for withdrawals made less than 48 hours before the competition date.
