Rowlands Castle Golf Course

Hampshire, England

Rowlands Castle Golf Club is an exceptional parkland course founded in 1902 and designed by renowned course architect Harry Colt, alongside prestigious courses such as Sunningdale and Wentworth. Located on the fringe of South Downs National Park in Hampshire, the course extends to 6,642 yards from the black tees, offering a quality challenge for golfers of all abilities. The layout features a well-balanced design with a fair proportion of excellent par 5 holes, several challenging par 4s, and shorter risk-and-reward holes that combine to create a memorable golfing experience. The parkland setting provides an enjoyable aesthetic alongside the strategic test presented by the course design. The club takes pride in its facilities, having invested in clubhouse improvements, bunker renovations, and extensive drainage work to maintain course quality. As a members-only club, Rowlands Castle emphasizes community and welcomes golfers from diverse backgrounds, maintaining a reputation for friendly hospitality and excellent facilities.
