Grange Park Golf Club

St Helens, Merseyside, England

Grange Park Golf Club is a traditional parkland course located in St Helens, Merseyside, established in 1891. Set within an industrial town landscape, the course offers surprisingly scenic views from its highest points, providing an unexpected contrast to its urban surroundings. The championship course measures 6,509 yards from the medal tees and presents a significant test of golfing ability. The greens serve as the course's primary defence and are regularly maintained to championship standards, consistently ranking among the best in the country. The course features rolling terrain typical of parkland design, with views that enhance the playing experience across multiple holes. Grange Park has hosted prestigious tournaments, including the English Senior Men's County Championship Final in 2021, reflecting its status as a quality championship venue. The clubhouse provides amenities for members and visitors, with dining and beverage facilities available after play. The course maintains professional management with an on-site pro shop and operates under standard golf club policies and handicap regulations.
