Golfclub Weselerwald e.V.

Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany

Golfclub Weselerwald e.V. is an 18-hole championship course located in Schermbeck in the Lower Rhine region of Germany. The facility features both a tournament-standard 18-hole layout and a public 9-hole course suitable for beginners and experienced players seeking quicker rounds. The course is characterized by its integration into the typical Lower Rhine landscape, with streams and biotopes throughout. While the final seven holes feature gentle rolling terrain, the majority of fairways are relatively flat, making the course easy to walk. The design emphasizes modern course architecture with well-maintained fairways and consistently fast greens that challenge experienced golfers. Key amenities include a floodlit driving range operational until 21:00, allowing year-round practice. The facility offers complimentary access to practice areas for those new to golf. The Birdie Bistro restaurant and Pro Shop enhance the clubhouse experience, while the Red Flag Golf Academy provides instruction for all skill levels. The course is noted for quality maintenance and accessibility, with secretarial services available daily from March through October.
