Navigate 9s is a social team competition at Wagga Wagga Country Club, open to players outside the club. Teams consist of nine nominated players (no reserves), each playing one nine-hole strokeplay round per week between Wednesday and Tuesday. The best five net scores from the team each week make up the team total, and the lowest weekly aggregate team score wins that week. The season runs 16 weeks, split into an 8-week pre-Christmas period (21 October to 15 December 2026) and an 8-week post-Christmas period (20 January to 16 March 2027), with a 5-week break. The top four teams in each division play head-to-head in the Divisional Grand Finals on Sunday 21 March 2027, followed by a free presentation dinner. Players are handicapped on a moving average of their last four net scores; Golf Australia handicapped players start on half their 18-hole handicap. Individual weekly prizes are awarded for the best net scores in A, B and C grades. Non-members must register as a Social Twilight Golf Member ($110 incl GST, includes public liability cover) to gain course access and a handicap; the competition fee is $23 per Twilight Member (or $15 for full club members), and a team registration fee of $330 per team is payable before the competition starts. Entries are made by completing the team nomination form and emailing it to functions@wwcc.com.au, with RSVP by Monday 19 October 2026.
