Thursday Spark Golf League - Oct 22

Event Details ⚙

Date: Thursday, 22 October 2026

Format: Pairs Betterball Bogey

Category: Open

Entry Fee: $24.00

Entry Method: App

The Thursday Spark Golf League is a weekly recreational 9-hole league at Pajaro Valley Golf Club in Royal Oaks, California. Each round runs two simultaneous games: a 2-person team net best-ball competition and an individual net score competition, both scored through the Spark Golf app. Players enter gross scores hole-by-hole, and the app calculates net scores using Spark strokes assigned from the player's typical good 9-hole score; no existing handicap is required. The team score for each hole is the better of the two teammates' net scores, and individual net scores feed a personal leaderboard. Skins are also available each round, awarded to the player with the lowest non-tied net score on a hole. Registration is done weekly via the Spark Golf app, with no season-long commitment required. For the October 22, 2026 round, tee times start at 4:00pm from hole 1, registration closes at 10:00am that day, and the entry fee is $24 per round, with an optional $20 cart. The league runs on Thursdays throughout the fall season, with each round being a separate single-day event.
