Lee-on-the-Solent Golf Course

Hampshire, England

Lee-on-the-Solent Golf Club is a historic park and heathland course situated inland from the coast, having tested golfers for over 100 years. The course features small greens framed by oak and pine-lined fairways, maintaining superb conditioning throughout the year. The layout includes five excellent par 3 holes, with the signature 13th hole standing out as a notable feature-a challenging shot across a river to a sloping green. Located in Lee-on-the-Solent near Gosport and Fareham with convenient motorway access, the course suits golfers of all abilities. The club also operates a five-hole academy course for beginners and those seeking to refine their short games, complemented by practice facilities including a natural turf driving range with target greens mirroring par 3 lengths around the course. The club hosts a comprehensive competition program throughout the year with varied formats-from individual events to pairs and team competitions-alongside matches against other clubs and participation in local and regional leagues. Modern clubhouse facilities include dining, bar, and meeting spaces, with experienced golf professionals providing instruction at all levels.
