The 18th Friendship Tournament (Freundschaftsturnier) is a bi-club competition between Olympia Golf Igls and Golfclub Innsbruck-Igls, held on Sunday 4 October 2026. The event consists of two 9-hole rounds of Stableford (2 x 9 Loch Stableford). Tee-off is at 10:00 for the first 9 holes and at 13:30 for the second 9 holes, both starting simultaneously at Lans and Igls. A halfway snack is provided for all participants at the Lans clubhouse. An evening event with dinner at the Igls clubhouse begins at 16:00, followed by the prize-giving ceremony. Maximum 36 participants per club are allowed. Registration must be made through each participant's home club, with entries closing on 3 October 2026 at 12:00. Entry fee is 55 Euro. A team competition (Wanderpokal) is also run, with the best 20 net scores counted per group (1 gross, 3 net per group). Maximum handicap limit is 54.

The Parkland Course Lans is a romantic 9-hole golf course located in Lans, nestled amid spruce, deciduous, and fruit trees. The course design features seemingly easy fairway routing and can be completed in approximately 90 minutes under normal play conditions. The layout is characterized by its gentle terrain and integration with the natural woodland setting. The modern clubhouse includes a comfortable lounge and terrace from which most of the course is visible, providing scenic views during and after play. The course is part of Golf Club Innsbruck-Igls, founded in 1935, and sits on a sunny terrace approximately 7 kilometers from Innsbruck in the Austrian Alps. The setting offers stunning panoramic views of the Nordkette mountain range and provides a unique alpine golfing experience combined with the region's natural beauty.
