The course winds through a nature preserve on Turnbull Bay and the Turnbull Bay Estates community, featuring a natural layout that preserves local wildlife and natural surroundings rather than adopting a standardized design. The course showcases lush Bermuda grass fairways lined with mature trees and water hazards, complemented by Seashore Paspalum greens that provide consistent putting surfaces throughout the year.
