Montebelo Carlsberg/JOP-KIA Ranking Tournament

The Montebelo Carlsberg/JOP-KIA Ranking Tournament is part of a seven-tournament ranking series held at Montebelo Golfe in 2026. The event is open to all players registered with the Portuguese Golf Federation or their national federation who hold an updated handicap certificate, with a maximum handicap of 41 for both men and ladies. The ranking series comprises five stableford events and two strokeplay events. Competitions are played over 18 holes with full handicap allowances. Categories include 1st Category Net (handicap up to 22), 2nd Category Net (handicap 22.1 to 41), Ladies Ranking, and Junior Ranking (under 18, born 2008 or later). The ranking has a regular phase (first six tournaments, with the four best results counting) and a final (the seventh tournament). Prizes are awarded in each category per tournament, including Gross, Net 1st Category, Net 2nd Category, and Ladies winners, plus special prizes for Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin. The overall ranking winner in each category receives an annual green fee pass for the following year. Buggies are available subject to availability. Players must arrive within five minutes of their tee time or face a two-stroke penalty; late arrival results in disqualification.
