Robe Golf Course

South Australia, Australia

Robe Golf Club is located on the Limestone Coast of South Australia, 340 kilometres south east of Adelaide. The 18 hole links style course is unique in that it offers three distinct loops each of six holes. The par of Robe Golf Club is 70. The original part of the course dates back to the Club's beginning in 1924, with holes 1 to 6 built through the 1980's and 1990's on undulating land leading away from the Clubhouse working their way towards the ocean and lighthouse. The Dunes 6 are the newest addition to the Robe Golf Club and were opened in November 2019, professionally designed by Neil Crafter, making the most of the natural sand dune terrain. With spectacular views of the Robe Township and Westbeach and around the bay, this section presents elevated difficulty compared to earlier sections. The original holes are typical of the era with several running parallel to each other divided by rows of trees and bushes, with small greens that can catch players unaware.
