The Swinkelsche Open 2026 is an annual open amateur golf competition held at Golfbaan de Swinkelsche on Saturday, 10 October 2026. The event is an individual 18-hole stableford competition with a 3/4 handicap allowance. The minimum required handicap for participation is 54, and the maximum handicap is 36. Entry opens on 27 August 2026 at 9:00 AM. Members with playing rights can enter via E-golf4U, while non-members, registration members, and guests must register by email to info@golfbaandeswinkelsche.nl, providing their GSN number. The entry fee for visitors (non-members) is €95.00 per person, which includes the green fee. The day's programme includes reception from 9:30 AM with coffee and pie, shotgun start at 11:00 AM, catering on the terrace or in the clubhouse during the round, and after the competition a meatball sandwich with three drink vouchers per person. The main prize is one year of free playing rights at Golfbaan de Swinkelsche, which also includes free play at Golfbaan de Golfhorst in Horst America. Teams are drawn randomly.

Golfbaan de Swinkelsche is located in Someren, Netherlands, and features an 18-hole Championship Course and a 9-hole Par-3 course known as Peelrijt-baan. The facility is characterized by natural surroundings, tranquility, and open space, which define both the course layout and its scenic environment. The course accommodates various skill levels and playing styles, with buggies and trolleys available on the Championship layout. The 9-hole Par-3 course offers trolley access but not buggy facilities. Both courses maintain qualifying status. Comprehensive practice facilities include a driving range with evening illumination on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, along with dedicated putting, chipping, pitching, and bunker practice greens. The grounds are maintained to championship standards by dedicated greenkeeping staff. The facility operates seven days weekly from 8:30 AM and welcomes golfers, cyclists, and walkers. An on-site clubhouse and terrace provide dining and beverage services. The course hosts various tournaments and events throughout the year, maintaining its reputation as a welcoming venue within the Dutch golf community.
