Friday Night Couples League is a weekly Friday evening golf event held at Toad Valley Golf Course in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Couples play Alternate Shot (foursomes) format in groups of six players (three couples). Tee times are available between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM for 9 holes. The entry fee is $60 per couple, which includes 9 holes, a golf cart, and a 6-pack of domestic beer. Members pay $30 for the 6-pack only. Non-members who do not want the 6-pack pay $30 for 9 holes and cart. This is an informal league where scores do not matter for overall standings; each week features a pin prize with prizes entered as club credit. Registration is available online. The event is open to visitors and non-members.
