Glow Tournament at Oppegård – Join the Night Golf!

The ladies' group at Oppegård Golfklubb is hosting a unique night golf event on Friday 11 September 2026. The evening begins at 19:30 with mingling, music, and a hamburger from Birdiekokken (included in the entry fee; drinks are available at additional cost). A shotgun start is scheduled for 20:30. For practical reasons, only holes 1, 2, 3, 8, and 9 will be played. The course will be marked with glowsticks in various colours — purple for tees (ladies from 44, gentlemen from 53), green for fairways and flags, yellow for bunkers, orange for greens, and a green ring for the hole. Players will use glowballs (2 per player, included in the fee). The competition is a 2-person scramble: both players tee off on each hole, the team selects the best ball, and both play from that position. Entry is 300 NOK per player via GolfBox, which includes the hamburger, 2 glowballs, and tournament fee. Maximum 24 players (12 teams). Players may sign up with a partner or as a single (a partner will be assigned). Only irons may be used — drivers and woods are not permitted due to the hardness of the glowballs. Each player must have at least one scoring shot during the round. Light-coloured clothing is recommended for visibility.
