The Gents Pairs Open is a men's pairs stableford competition held at Heswall Golf Club on Wednesday 18th August 2027. This is an open competition for visiting men (non-members) with a visitor entry fee of £110.00 per team. The format is 4BBB (Four-Ball Better Ball) Stableford played from the White Tees. Participants must be members of an affiliated golf club with a Handicap Index under the World Handicap System and have played in 3 qualifying competitions within the 12 months prior to the event to be eligible for prizes. The maximum applicable Handicap Index on the day is 22.7, with a handicap allowance of 85% of Course Handicap. Nearest the Pins is used for tie-breaks. Catering is available throughout the day, though later players may need to pre-order meals. Entries are made online via the club's booking system, with signup closing at 11:59 pm on 17th August 2027.
