Winter Open 3: Texas Scramble is a 4-person team scramble competition open to Gents and Ladies at Sedbergh Golf Club, taking place on Saturday 2nd January 2027. The entry fee is £16.00 for visitors. Entry opens on Tuesday 1st September 2026 at 12:00am via the online booking portal. All competitors must hold an active WHS (World Handicap System) handicap. Prize winners' handicaps will be verified prior to results being finalised.

Sedbergh Golf Club is a 9-hole parkland course located at Catholes-Abbot Holme near Sedbergh in Cumbria, England. The club's origins date to 1896, though golf was played in the area on common land known as 'The Riggs' from the 1870s. The current course was professionally designed and constructed in 1991, taking advantage of naturally undulating terrain. The layout features tree-lined holes with fairways crossing the River Dee and running alongside the River Rawthey, emphasizing accuracy over distance. Greens are constructed to USGA specifications and well-guarded with numerous water hazards throughout the course, providing a test suitable for golfers of all abilities.
