Martinsgans 2026 - Season Finale is an open 9-hole 2-player scramble played as stableford at Golfpark Westerzgebirge on Saturday, 24 October 2026, with a 10:00 shotgun start. It is an offenes Wettspiel (open competition) of Golfclub Bad Schlema e.V., open to amateur golfers affiliated with a DGV member club, with a maximum handicap index of 54. The competition is not handicap-relevant (nicht vorgabewirksam). The field is limited to 44 players; if entries exceed the available places, the earlier entry date decides, with a draw for simultaneous entries. Net scoring runs in two handicap classes (2-player teams), with the classes fixed after the entry deadline; special prizes are Nearest-to-the-Line and Nearest-to-the-Logo, awarded separately for ladies and gents. The combined team handicap is calculated as 80% of the lower plus 20% of the higher handicap, with no upper cap. Each player may carry only their putter plus three pre-selected clubs. Entries are accepted online via www.golf.de, by signing the notice board in the clubhouse, or by email to info@multi-industrie.de; the entry deadline is Thursday 22 October 2026 at 16:00, with late entries by list only until Friday 23 October 2026 at 15:00. The entry fee is 30 EUR for Golfpark Westerzgebirge playing-entitled golfers (25 EUR for members of Golfclub Bad Schlema e.V.) and must be paid in cash before the start. Following the competition, an evening event is held at 18:00 at the Kulturzentrum Goldene Sonne in Schneeberg, where the prize presentation takes place; participants in the evening event register separately and choose between goose or roulade. Play is governed by the official Rules of Golf of the Deutscher Golf Verband e.V. (including amateur status), the WHS, the DGV competition regulations, and the course rules of Golfpark Westerzgebirge.
