Ågesta Golfklubb is a complete golf facility located just 15 minutes from Stockholm city center in Farsta. The club features an 18-hole championship course with par 72, renovated in 2008 to modern standards, characterized as a forest and park layout where strategic play is rewarded. The course is complemented by a 9-hole introductory course with par 30, featuring three par-4 holes and six par-3 holes set among trees and copses, requiring a Green Card or handicap 54 maximum.
Founded in 1958 and established at its current Ågesta location since the mid-1960s, the facility is undergoing a Masterplan redesign by Pierre Fulke, with new tees constructed on holes 8 and 17, and holes 4 and 5 recently completed. Notable recent improvements include a new bridge on hole 3 and tee renovations on holes 6 and 7. Beyond the courses, the club offers a driving range with swing studio, indoor hitting hall, golf simulator, gym, clubhouse with restaurant and pro shop, and conference facilities. The long playing season and high-quality maintenance make it an attractive venue for competitive and recreational golf.
