The 18-hole tournament features an 8 AM shotgun start and is played as a four-person scramble. Teams may ride ($440 per team) or walk ($380 per team); prices increase after the August 30th early registration deadline. All proceeds benefit the Community Roots Charter School. The tournament is open to all players, with winners determined by both gross and net scores. A full team of four players must be registered and paid to secure a spot.

The course supports an active club structure, including Ladies Club participation through the EWGA, a Men's Club, and summer league play. Tournament facilities can accommodate groups of 10 to 90 players. The remodeled clubhouse serves as a multipurpose venue, hosting tournaments, banquets, and special events for up to 100 guests. The facility also features a pro shop offering equipment, apparel, and club re-gripping services.
