The Peninsula State Park Golf Course Golfer Appreciation Day / Big Cup Scramble is a 2-person team scramble competition open to men, mixed, and women teams. The event takes place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Participants play 18 holes with a power cart. Food is provided before, during, and after the round, along with drink specials. Entry forms become available on October 1st. The course's history spans over a century, beginning as a 6-hole layout in 1921, expanding to 9 holes in 1923, and reaching its current 18-hole configuration in 1931. Additionally, the facility offers a 6-hole short course with par-3 holes ranging from 60-120 yards, designed for golfers of all skill levels.
