The Thurgau Golf Championship is a two-day individual strokeplay/stableford competition organized by Thurgau Golf in association with Golfclub Lipperswil and Golfclub Erlen. Round 1 takes place on Saturday 12 September 2026 at Golfclub Lipperswil, and the final round on Sunday 13 September 2026 at Golfclub Erlen. The event is open to members of GC Lipperswil and GC Erlen (registered via their home club's PC Caddie from 10 August 2026), golfers residing in Canton Thurgau who are members of an affiliated golf club, and guests via email to Golfclub Lipperswil. Maximum field size is 120 players. The maximum handicap is 36.0. Categories: Kat I (Ladies, handicap 14.9 or less, strokeplay from back tees), Kat II (Men, handicap 15.0 or less, strokeplay from back tees), Kat III (handicap 15.0-21.9, stableford from front tees), Kat IV (handicap 22.0-36.0, stableford from front tees). A cut is applied at 75% of each category's field. Entry fees: CHF 90 for members of GC Lipperswil and GC Erlen, CHF 180 for guests with a Swiss Golf card from another club, CHF 220 for all other participants, CHF 60 for juniors under 18. Fees include green and match fees, two interval refreshments, Saturday buffet with one drink, and Sunday aperitif. Registration closes 10 September 2026 at 12:00. Prize-giving and aperitif take place approximately 17:00-17:30 on Sunday at GC Erlen. Dress code: golf tournament attire required from aperitif onwards.
