Clandeyboye Golf Club

County Down, Northern Ireland

Clandeboye Golf Club operates two championship courses set across 330 acres of woodland near Newtownards, County Down. The Dufferin Course, the club's premier layout, is ranked 55th among inland courses on the island of Ireland by Golf World. The Ava Course, recognized as the 53rd most fun course to play in the UK, complements the offering as a hidden gem for visitors. Both courses are designed to provide an immersive golfing experience within a secluded natural setting where players encounter no houses, traffic noise, or interference from other golfers. The woodland terrain creates a peaceful environment focused entirely on the game. The courses cater to various player levels and accommodate both casual rounds and competitive play. Visitors have access to practice facilities and can enjoy dining at the clubhouse restaurant and bars, which feature locally sourced cuisine. The club welcomes corporate events, societies, and individual visitors seeking championship-standard golf in a distinctive landscape.
