Senior Men's Scratch Woodthorpe Trophy Open Championship (Q) - White Tees, held on Wednesday 21st April 2027 at Wakefield Golf Club. This is a medal (strokeplay) competition played from the white tees with a 95% handicap allowance. Open to senior gentlemen aged 55 years and over on the day of the competition with a Handicap Index of 7.0 or less. Tee times are available from 10:18am to 12:51pm. The entry fee of £35 is payable online only and includes a snack refreshment before play. Booking closes at 6pm on Friday 17th April, after which a seeded draw will be made and competitors will be advised by email of their tee time and playing partners. Prizes are awarded for best gross score, best nett score, and age group prizes for 55-60, 61-65, and over 65 categories. The Woodthorpe Cup is awarded to the player with the best gross score.
