Grand Prix Pessac 2026

The Grand Prix Pessac 2026 is a 36-hole individual strokeplay competition held over two days (19-20 September 2026) at Golf Bluegreen Pessac. The event is open to French and international amateur golfers who hold a valid FFGolf licence, have paid the federal game fee (35 EUR), and possess a valid medical certificate. Men must have a handicap index of 11.4 or lower, and ladies must have an index of 14.4 or lower. Wild cards may be available from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine League. The field is limited to 114 players, with a maximum of 81 men and a minimum of 33 ladies. Entries are made online via the AS Golf de Pessac website, with payment by credit card only. The entry deadline is Friday 4 September at midnight. External adult visitors pay EUR 90, young adults (19-24 years) pay EUR 65, and players aged 18 and under pay EUR 50. A free training day is available the week before the competition (14-18 September) on reservation. The top three players in gross scores in each series will receive prizes. Ties for first place are resolved by a hole-by-hole play-off. Play-off impossibility results in a definitive ranking unless the committee decides otherwise. Start times are by equal blocks for the first round, with the second round drawn in inverse order of first-round results. White tees for men, blue tees for ladies.
