The Drenthe Golf Championship is an annual individual strokeplay competition held at Golfpark Exloo on Saturday, 12 September 2026. The event is played over 18 holes (starting from hole 10, playing the South and North courses), with strokeplay scoring. Entry is open to golfers holding an official handicap of 24 or lower.
A placement procedure ensures balanced representation from each affiliated golf club: up to five men with the lowest handicaps and three women with the lowest handicaps per club may be placed. If places remain, additional men are placed based on lowest handicap up to a total of 45 men, and additional women up to a total of 27 women. The remaining spots are filled by lowest handicap up to 72 total participants, with further entrants placed on a reserve list.

The Drenthe Golf Championship is jointly organized by Semslanden, De Drentsche, Gelpenberg, Golfclub Havelte, Golfpark Exloo, Martensplek, Golfclub Zuid-Drenthe, Golfpark Sandur, and Golfclub Holthuizen.
