2026 Tenterfield Open Amateur Stroke Tournament

The 2026 Tenterfield Open Amateur Stroke Tournament is a two-day individual strokeplay competition held at Tenterfield Golf Club on 21-22 November 2026. The event is open to amateur golfers, including financial members of the club, visiting members of affiliated golf clubs holding a Golf ID on the GA Connect platform, and members of non-affiliated or overseas clubs who can provide proof of current membership and handicap. The tournament consists of a 36-hole aggregate strokeplay event (18 holes per day) with separate men's and women's competitions. Men play the blue course (par 71) and women play the red course (par 72). Maximum daily handicaps are 36 for men and 45 for women. The entry fee is $35.00 per day. Nominations must be submitted via the nomination form, which can be emailed to admin@tenterfieldgolfclub.com.au or posted to the Tournament Director. Nominations close at 5pm on 8 November 2026 or when the field reaches capacity (184 players per day). Tee times are allocated in two groups: 6:30 am - 9:24 am and 10:04 am - 12:58 pm. Players must register at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before their tee time. Prizes are awarded in the form of gift vouchers at the discretion of the Tournament Director, with separate prizes for the 36-hole aggregate and daily competitions. Ties are decided using the Australian Countback Method. Digital scoring via MiScore is permitted.
