The event uses W-Pelia format, a pairs competition where two players form a team and the better score of each team counts on each hole. The competition runs for 18 holes over two days, with results aggregated across both days. Visitors are welcome to enter at a fee of 17,000 yen per person, which includes play, lunch, one stableford, prizes, participation gift, consumption tax, usage tax, and golf promotion fund. Reservations open from August 1, 2026. Tee times are allocated by gender and age: men play from white tees (gold for 70+, red for 80+), women play from red tees (pink for 70+). Junior players under 18 are not eligible to enter. Players aged 70 and above qualify for tax exemption with appropriate proof. Players applying as a 2-ball or 3-ball will be paired with others. Cancellation fees of 3,000 yen per person apply from 5 days before the event (excluding the play day). Results will be published on the course website from November 30 onwards. Prize collection is available for three months after the event; players must check results themselves via the website, phone, or front desk.
