The After Work Golf-Cup is a recurring 9-hole individual Stableford competition held every Wednesday at 17:30 at Potsdamer Golfclub e.V. Open to members of any golf club affiliated with the DGV (Deutscher Golf Verband) or EGA with a maximum handicap of 54. Maximum 36 participants per event. Entry is on the day of the competition by 10:00 AM. Members pay €12, guests (non-members) pay €35 (plus €5 after the deadline). Players are grouped into pre-arranged flights of three (mixed high-medium-low handicap). The competition is played under official DGV rules, WHS, and the club's course rules. Prizes are awarded for 1st Brutto (combined ladies and gentlemen) and 1st and 2nd Netto per class. If fewer than 12 entries are received, the event will not take place. In case of a tie, the better scores on the last 6 holes decide; if still tied, the last 3, 2, and 1 holes are used, with net scores factoring in handicaps. A final tie-breaker is decided by a draw. No evening prize ceremony is held; results are published the next morning. E-carts are not permitted (except with a medical certificate).

Potsdamer Golfclub e.V.

Brandenburg, Germany

Potsdamer Golf-Club is an 18-hole golf course built on the grounds of a former fruit plantation. The layout is characterized by an extensive canal system that serves as water hazards on 13 of the 18 holes, presenting challenges to golfers of all skill levels. The course demands both precision and nerve from players navigating these water features throughout the round. A notable signature hole is the par 5 on hole 11, which earned recognition early in the course's history as one of Germany's most difficult par 5 holes-a distinction it continues to maintain. The varied terrain and strategic water placement create a challenging and engaging routing that tests course management and shot-making abilities.
