The event includes a Calcutta auction where teams are auctioned to the highest bidder, with a 50% buyback rule. Prize money from the Calcutta is distributed 60% to 1st place, 30% to 2nd place, and 10% to 3rd place. Additional prizes include door prizes worth thousands of dollars, a Tito's golf bag for the ReelGolf Closest-to-the-Pin contest, and a Tito's Putting Contest. The entry fee of $450 per team includes 36 holes of championship golf, breakfast and lunch both days, a Srixon backpack tee gift, participation in the Calcutta auction, door prize eligibility, and an open bar on Saturday evening. Tee times start at 9:00 AM both days. Players are divided into age flights: Golds (under 60), Blues (60-70), and Reds (70+). Sunday play features a shootout/horse race format for top teams based on Saturday scores. USGA Rules of Golf apply. The event is open to amateur golfers only — professionals are not permitted to participate. Entry can be made in person at the Pro Shop, by phone, or via email form. The 18-hole public course is set within a scenic landscape of moss-laden live oaks, towering pines, and cypress trees, offering natural southern Louisiana beauty.
