The Final Tournament 2026 is a 4-player Texas Scramble competition held over 18 holes at Golfclub Wilder Kaiser Ellmau (courses B and C in Ellmau, Tirol). The event takes place on Saturday, 10 October 2026, with tee-off at 06:00. The tournament is open to amateur golfers who are members of an affiliated club (ÖGV or foreign national association) and hold a standard handicap of 54 or less. Entry is restricted to club members until 1 October 2026; from that date onwards, spaces are available to guests if any remain. Teams of four must register, and pair or single entries will be drawn together. The entry fee is €30 per person for members (payable in cash), which includes evaluation, half-way refreshments (drinks and cereal bars/fruit), and food at the prize-giving. Guests additionally pay the green fee. Three prizes are drawn: Nearest to the Line (Ladies/Men) and Nearest to the Pin (Ladies/Men). The prize-giving takes place from 18:00 at the Wochenbrunner Alm. Ladies play from the red tees and men from the yellow tees, starting from Course B (Ellmau). Online entry is available via golf.at, or by email/phone to the club secretary. Entries close on Thursday, 8 October 2026 at 12:00.

Golfclub Wilder Kaiser-Ellmau is a 27-hole facility nestled against the dramatic backdrop of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range in Ellmau, Austria. The course comprises three separate 9-hole layouts-the Wilder Kaiser Course, Ellmau Course, and Tirol Course-that can be combined individually to create different configurations, including an 18-hole championship course. The terrain is characterized by slightly hilly and varied fairways that accommodate players of all skill levels, offering both sporting challenges and moments of tranquility. The mountain setting provides scenic views throughout the round. The course features a covered driving range, putting area, and practice bunker facilities. The club operates a pro shop, restaurant with views of the grounds, and golf academy led by PGA professional Hannes Recheis offering instruction for beginners and advanced players. The facility hosts approximately 60 tournaments annually, including the regular "Pircher Moden Cup" competition held every Thursday as an 18-hole Stableford event. The club supports five teams and emphasizes youth development as part of its commitment to the sport.
