The Stern-Donau Challenge is an 18-hole individual Stableford competition held at Golfclub SternGartl. The event is open to guests and visitors. Entry closes on the day of the tournament at 11:00 AM. Tee-off time is 2:00 PM with a follow-up start. Ladies tee: red; Gentlemen tee: yellow. Scoring is gross for ladies and gentlemen, with two net groups. The main prize is a weekend stay at Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn for the year's overall winner. To qualify for the year-end ranking, participants must complete at least 3 tournaments at GC SternGartl and GC Donau. Maximum 50 participants. Entry fee is EUR 45.00 for guests, bronze members, and remote members; EUR 17.00 for gold and silver members; EUR 10.00 for children, apprentices, and students. Registration is available online via ÖGV, by phone (+43-7212-21333), or by email (office@golf-sterngartl.at). Play follows the Rules of Golf, ÖGV competition recommendations, and course rules. Ties are decided by the last 9 holes, then last 6, 3, and 1 holes in net score; if still tied, a draw decides. A protest fee of EUR 50.00 applies. No-shows after entry deadline still incur the entry fee.
