The Weekly Skins Game is a recurring Friday competition open to all golf members and guests at Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club. Players must have a current GHIN handicap number; players without one will automatically play at 0 handicap. The weekly buy-in is $55 (cash only), with $50 allocated to the weekly Net Skins Game and $5 contributing to the end-of-season finale pot. The skins game is played at full handicap with a ½ stroke allowance on the first 10 handicap holes. Players must book their own tee time each week and tee off by 1:00 p.m. There must be at least 2 players in each group. A running point total system tracks year-long performance: 1 point for participation, 5 points for a net skin, and 20 points for a hole-in-one. The regular skins season runs every Friday from April 10, 2026 to August 21, 2026, with occasional exceptions for special events. An end-of-season finale is held for players who have participated in at least 4 regular season weeks, with a $100 buy-in and a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start. Tee time restrictions apply: men under 50 play from the Blue tees; men 50+ may play Blue or White; men 70+ may play Blue, White, or Green; ladies under 70 play from the Green tees or front Combo; ladies 70+ may play Green, front Combo, or Gold. Guests are subject to a 6-round limit and normal guest fees apply.
