Endless Summer 2026 is a special family-friendly event held at Kamakura Public Golf Course on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The event features multiple activities including a Kids Park (entry fee: 500 yen per person), Family Golf (entry fee: 16,200 yen per family of two, includes lunch), and Footgolf (entry fee: 3,000 yen per adult, 2,000 yen per middle school student and below). Registration is via Google Form on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: Some events may be cancelled due to rain, and content may change without notice. Due to safety concerns, entry may be limited if there are many attendees. Pets are not allowed, and outside food and drinks are not permitted (food will be sold on-site). The golf course venue includes slopes and areas with poor footing. The event organizer is not responsible for accidents or disputes during the event.

Located on a plateau in the historic city of Kamakura, Kanagawa, the Kamakura Public Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-70 layout designed by Makoto Tezuka. The course opened in October 1973 and is situated in a setting surrounded by both sea and mountains. The terrain is characterized by a generally flat profile, which, combined with the region's warm climate, allows for play throughout the year. The course features two sets of tees, with the A greens measuring 5,301 yards and the B greens measuring 5,145 yards. The front nine presents a mix of dogleg and uphill challenges, beginning with a demanding par-4 that requires a precise tee shot to avoid out-of-bounds on the left and a penalty area on the right. The third hole, a 364-yard par-4, serves as the handicap 1 hole, featuring a left-foot-down slope at the 100-yard mark that demands careful club selection. The sixth hole restricts drivers due to nearby residences, forcing players to navigate around a pond situated 160 yards from the tee. The closing hole of the front nine is a 469-yard par-5 that plays uphill to a elevated, platform-style green. The back nine continues with strategic demands, highlighted by the 15th hole, a 328-yard par-4 that ranks as the second most difficult hole on the course. This right dogleg features three bunkers on the right side with high lips, while the green itself possesses significant undulation that encourages players to approach from the front. The twelfth hole, a short 106-yard par-3, is the handicap 18 hole and features a green fronted by a bunker with a severe lip. The eighteenth hole is a 440-yard par-5 where the second shot plays uphill, requiring players to avoid a penalty area on the right side. The course is designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. While the fairways are generally wide, the layout penalizes inaccurate shots with out-of-bounds areas and penalty zones. The facility supports self-play with motorized carts and is a member of the Nippon Golf & Country Club Association (NGK).
