The PMGC Men's Open is a two-round 36-hole strokeplay competition held at Pambula Merimbula Country Club on 24-25 October 2026. Round 1 is played on Saturday 24 October, and Round 2 is played on Sunday 25 October with a shotgun start. The event is sponsored by G.J. Gardner Homes and Glenn Warne (Club Professional). It is open to men with evidence of a current Golf Australia handicap. Visitors are charged $40 per day (members $35 per day). Entry is made via the Pro Shop by phone, email, or paper entry form. All trophies may be won by visitors with a current GA handicap and payment of the green fee and competition fees. Maximum handicap for men is 45.

Pambula Merimbula Golf Club is a 27-hole championship course located on the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales, situated among pristine natural bushland with views of Merimbula Lake and Pacific Ocean beaches. The course is ranked in Australia's Top 100 golf courses and presents challenges suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The layout is distinctive for its immersive wildlife experience, with players encountering kangaroos year-round, diverse bird species, and occasional goannas throughout play. The course's natural setting incorporates the surrounding landscape as an integral feature of the golfing experience. The facility maintains meticulously groomed fairways and greens across its 27 holes, allowing flexibility for tournament play while accommodating public visitors. Modern golf carts equipped with GPS mapping are available for hire. The course is open daily to the public, with the design permitting visitor play even during club competitions. Complementing the course is The 28th Cafe/Bar, situated near the 10th tee and pro shop, offering refreshments and views over the course. The club maintains an active tournament schedule and competition program throughout the year.
