Ladies Open Stableford competition at Leek Golf Club, played on Wednesday 7th July 2027. Teams of 3 players, with the best 2 scores counting from each team. Stableford scoring with an 85% handicap allowance. Maximum course handicap is 36. The competition is played off the Ladies Red tees. Entry fee is £66 per team of 3, payable by BACS. Entrants must produce a Competition Handicap Certificate upon registration and submit their CDH number on entry. Preferred starting times can be requested (9am-11am, 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm, 1pm-2pm, or 2pm-3pm). Prizes are awarded for 1st through 5th places, plus nearest the pin competitions. Prize winners will be notified and receive vouchers by email or post within 15 working days of the competition. No prize presentation is held. Food is available on the day for purchase. Entries are made by returning the entry form with payment to the Ladies Open Secretary at Leek Golf Club. Results are posted on the club website.

Leek Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands on the A520 and is one of Staffordshire's best known golf courses. With over a century of golfing history, the course features tree-lined fairways, undulating greens, and fantastic views across the moorland landscape. The course offers year-round play and caters to golfers of all abilities, from beginners to experienced players. The club operates an Academy programme for new golfers, providing 1:1 coaching sessions in a purpose-built teaching area along with 10 rounds of golf. Professional instruction is provided by Greg Rogula, noted as an accomplished county player and teacher. The course maintains competitive and social membership options with affordable rates, including junior memberships starting from £133 for under-16s and concessionary rates for players under 30. Society packages are available for groups of 12 or more. The club hosts regular competitions across men's, ladies, mixed, seniors, and junior sections throughout the year.
