Euregio open

The Euregio Open is an 18-hole pairs strokeplay competition held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, as part of the annual Euregio Golfweek at Golf & Country Club Winterswijk. This is the 34th edition of the tournament. The event is open to both men and women with separate categories. Players with a handicap of 18.0 or less enter the main Euregio Open competition, while players with handicaps between 18.1 and 35.9 enter the separate Euregio Cup division. Both competitions are played as 3-ball (driebal) strokeplay. The entry fee is €60 all-in, which includes arrival with coffee or tea, a lunch package, and plate service after the round. Start lists are emailed on Friday evening (September 25). Entries are made via the online entry form on the club website, with payment by bank transfer to the club's account (NL62RABO0371261880). For the three best players from the Euregio region (Netherlands-Germany area where Winterswijk is located), medals are awarded as part of the Euregio Games. The tournament is open to visiting golfers; participants must provide their home course, NGF registration number, and handicap when entering. Due to high demand, entries may be placed on a reserve list if the maximum number of participants is reached.
